The staff were excellent, with extra attention to the details. The breakfast served was appetizing with bacon and omelettes and baked ham😃🙂

My stay was really nice for the price. Updated units with the toilet bowl water, and the staff were competent. Everything was great, including an amazing breakfast choice. Loved my time here.

It was impressive, huge and with 2 beds. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London.

Great staff. Nice room.
The bath area was really out-dated and kind of rough. The tv was ancient and kind of rough to watch.

Accidentally booked a smoking room because I didn't realize that in 2017 there was still such a thing.
They carried out the special request.
The room wreaked so bad of stale cigarette smoke. It was as though the bed hadn't been changed since a group of chain smokers had just been in there. I realized my mistake but figures I would only be sleeping for 2-3 hours and it wouldn't be that bad. However, every time I changed positions while sleeping, the strong smell of smoke was released from the blankets and it woke me up every time. It was THAT bad. My fault for missing that detail while booking, but I could have never guessed that the bed would smell so bad. To top it all off, the bathroom soap dish was an ashtray. GROSS.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We could not see the parking lot from our room which would have been prefered however we did not ask to change to the other side of the hall as we decided the room was fine so I do not know if it was possible to switch.

Not bad for a quick stay but could be better.
Staff was super friendly and helpful! Sharing local dining options that were a hit with my kid. We also enjoyed the large pool, warm water made it a hit with my family!
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still decent enough for a quick family getaway.

We liked newly remodelled rooms and great food.
We had a REALLY ENJOYABLE experience. Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was popular and clean, it had unbeatable location next door partying until 2am. The breakfast was reasonably priced, with lots of different options.

Large clean rooms, good mattresses, good water pressure in shower, quiet room, good lighting in room
Rooms in our wing so far from direct indoor access (or perhaps it was the poor signage) that when our key cards malfunctioned had to walk around entire perimeter of hotel at night to get to front desk; entire exterior of facility run down, filthy, decrepit including interior stairwells and hallways; locked external security doors to parking lot routinely propped open and chairs left by smokers who smoke 2 feet from the entrance; dirty glassware and dishes left in hallways for the day (no rooom service trays just dishes); tap water in room never gets cold. If you want a room located away from noise (ice machine, exits) be prepared to climb stairs to second level with luggage (no elevator access to second floor rooms at back of facility.

Breakfast included in the price is a rare find, and it's decent enough to kickstart your day. The location is convenient for anyone needing to access the area, especially travelers using nearby transportation options.
Check-in could be a hassle if you don't have a credit card handy, as debit cards were not accepted. My room had a musty smell that lingered, definitely not what you'd want during a stay.
